(September 24, 2022, 9:46 pm)I like that they put in more fresh fruits in your drinks compared to other bubble tea shops. But I have a big problem with their service (both in-store and on Skip) as they've gotten my order wrong more than three times already. Their cashiers sometimes have a hard time understanding their customers too.

(July 3, 2022, 2:03 am)I give five stars to the store for being so accommodating when I made a mistake with my order. They did not hesitate changing my drink to the right one even though it was my mistake. Ordered about 10 drinks and all of them were tasty. The staff were nice. The store also is clean and well maintained.

(June 14, 2021, 9:51 pm)All three drinks pictured are larges!! We ordered via DoorDash and the drinks were still tasty when they arrived. Spoke to a lady on the phone and she was very sweet, great customer service.

(May 9, 2021, 2:23 am)First time trying CoCo Bubble tea shop and I ordered two Taro slushies with bubbles.
Ima stop the cap here.
Service hella slow. Took 30 mins for my order. Some big ice chunks on my drink meaning not blended properly.
The drink itself tasted good and the bubbles were nice and chewy. I'd come back here just to try it again to see if maybe I just happen to get a bad service. -

(April 15, 2021, 12:16 am)an absolute pleasure to visit!! i purchased a large strawberry latte with pearls, and the drink was absolutely delicious, tasting completely natural. although on the expensive side, you get what you pay for. the staff was absolutely wonderful, and the inside of the location was great. definitely a fantastic place to purchase your teas!
