They couldn’t even find in their system when we bought it because it was so long ago. This just to say, that if you are looking for a water cooler that will go the distance and give you great tasting water for many many years to come, give them a try. We are customers for life.

They recommended a cleaning kit once and even delivered that too! Reliable and friendly ALWAYS. Tasty natural spring water, as nature intended. We have water hookup in our new fridge and refuse to use it! Definitely recommend Jackson Springs!
