Our sale was difficult (unrelated to Beth) and we had to drop our selling price considerably, but Beth re-adjusted at every step so we knew exactly what we were getting and what we could still afford. She made our dream home a reality and we are so thankful! -

(November 19, 2020, 4:32 am)Throughout our short but existent prior house journey we were never really educated on what a Mortgage Broker was and what they did for you. We had bought our first home through a local Credit Union and that was that; didn’t really think twice or shop around for other options.
When it came to moving to a larger home because of our expanding family we didn’t really know where to start and our local Credit Union had become more and more impersonal. Things within the bank had definitely shifted lots since we last went to it and the length of time it took to get answers and get service turned us off to it completely.
Then entered Beth; our friends had just used her to purchase their home and she came highly recommended. The process was so easy and quick that it made our jaws literally drop. We got an answer within two days if we were in a good position to buy a larger house and she took everything about our life into consideration. The experience between her and our bank was night and day. So much that I would only recommend her for the rest of time.
Mortgage brokers are not a one and done experience. You are not just a name on a computer, and your finances are not just numbers on a spreadsheet. Beth treats you amazing and shops around for the best rate possible. Thank you Beth for everything you have done for us during the process of buying our forever home.
