The lady who gave us the intro of our apartment was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The leasing manager Sandy is also very kind, professional and quickly responds to my emails.
Overall I've had a great time renting with Karma. -

Sandy is professional and prompt in answering emails and addressing any questions that I have. I have also been impressed that maintenance is sent to look at and fix things in my unit immediately. I would highly recommend living in a building that is managed by Karma Property Management!

(May 17, 2021, 12:07 am)We have rented with Karma Property for over 3 years. Management is the best in the city, from our experiences. Sandy and Dave are very friendly and approachable. Sandy is very responsive to emails and any issues or repairs are addressed within a couple days. Also, the building is well maintained and always kept clean. We have enjoyed living here and appreciate how professional the management is. Another plus, the units are spacious, well kept, and affordable. I would highly reccomend renting with Karma Property Management.

(May 6, 2021, 5:14 pm)Really great company for rentals. I stayed with them for two years and had a great experience. Building was super nice and always kept very clean. Sandy was always super helpful when you needed anything. They always had the parking lots cleaned and the building in great shape. If you needed anything they wouldn’t hesitate to help where needed. Would definitely recommend!
