(February 9, 2022, 2:32 am)What a great place to learn and get a great work out in for beginners to advanced skill levels. Matt, Marcia and the members couldn't be more welcoming. Broad range of class times with online availability and variety makes getting to classes convenient. Classes are well structured, and coaches are friendly and attentive to your individual skill level, helping out where needed. Definitely recommend!

Everyone who goes here is encouraging, that's the kind of atmosphere they foster here.
Only been to a handful of classes, but I have a great time and I already see improvement. Very easy to follow with amazing instructors and tons of fun. Thank you! -

This club also adapted quickly to the COVID-19 situation a d takes great care on the safety of their students. -

(September 27, 2020, 12:26 am)Great place to train from child to adult, and female/male. Very friendly vibe. Detailed instruction focusing on technique. Classes are well planned and organized. Morning and night classes. Central location. Recommend to try a class if thinking about getting into BJJ.
