(February 2, 2023, 7:59 pm)I said I used this business, but actually I didn't. I was sent to them by VW because they thought I had bumper damage. My daughter plowed into a snow bank last winter and her cruise control stopped working after that. The owner of Finish First checked it out and determined that VW would need to fi it. He called them, told them what needed to be done, and set up an appointment for us. Beyond any customer service I have ever received before! There's not enough stars to give business like this - Thanks.
Ps. Less than a week later we drove from Winnipeg to Phoenix! -

(December 10, 2022, 4:12 am)Peter and Cathy are the best. I had both my back windows smashed at University and everyone in the city was quoting me 2+ months for repair. Peter looked at my car for 5 minutes and had the two replacements windows delivered in under a week and repaired my body damage and installed both windows in under five days. Cannot thank them enough for their great work. 10/10 recommend them

I have had two cars repaired and one detailed with Finish First and have been treated very well with frequent communication, professional service and quality work. My most recent experience was with a MPI Direct Repair where Finish First conducted the damage estimate which streamlined the repair process and can saved me lots of time considering COVID. Will use again when needed.

(October 27, 2020, 12:57 pm)Two years ago my front bumper got replaced by them. Their customer service was very good. The work was very good, and competitively priced. I went to them because of a verbal referral.
Last month I noticed that the paint had a couple of bubbles. I contacted them and they said I should bring the car in for them to see it. After checking it, they said they would take care of it.
We arranged the drop off, and within 48 hours I got my car back with the re-painted bumper, free of charge. They even touched up a spot where there was a stone chip damage on my door.
The car was even cleaned, inside out! WOW! I only have great things to say about Peter (the owner) and his business. If you ever need bodywork on your vehicle, go and support this local business...
