    Not sure why all these people saying these untrue things about where I live. Ive lived here over 3 years and can confirm its one of the best apartments to live in winnipeg. Location is great and central. Building meets all my needs, well insulated, spacious rooms and living area. The building is fairly new and maintenance calls are promptly attended to. Common areas are kept tidy by our hardworking inhouse cleaner - she does a great job by the way. Site Manager is very professional and friendly and is always ready to help. Clean and well groomed environment - lawn is trimmed regularly and snow is cleared promptly. I recommend this place over and over again! Never had issues with noise, neighbours are friendly
