(July 4, 2019, 12:31 am)Had a pipe burst in my home while I was sleeping and the water was everywhere, in a panic the next day I went here and was treated to the best customer service experience possible. They gave me some advice and I rented an industrial dehumidifier that looked brand new and was obviously well maintained. In as foul a mood as I was everyone there was empathetic to my predicament and made a terrible situation bearable.
I don't rent a lot of things and have nothing to compare their customer service to, but I can't imagine a better level of care or quality of equipment rented out. -
