I have used RG Prado for repairing my fridge, and also a washing machine.
Ver pleased with the service and courtesy of the repair person.

Called in the next morning and the owner listened, explained what he thought the issue was and walked us through how to troubleshoot it. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn't and now he has new customers for life! Extremely honest and professional.

Very transparent on cost / pricing to allow me to make a repair vs replace decision. Found on Better Business Bureau (trustworthy) and would definitely recommend.
