(February 18, 2022, 4:18 am)Highly recommend! I booked an icecycle outing for my office, and it was a great experience. Good for team- bonding, and a fun way to stay warm while getting outside. I can’t wait to get out there again! I wish I had known about ice cycles earlier this winter

(February 13, 2022, 10:15 pm)Wonderful experience to try cycling on the skating trail on the river. Must try for all those who don't want to skate on the frozen river.
Major hitch was that, we had rented the cycles for an hour, but because of the weather and snow wasn't able to return on time. Inspite of informing the difficulty, they charged a late fee. Having to face weather difficulties in a place like Winnipeg, you would not want to risk yourself but then wait to return the things. When the weather is bad and unpredictable, one hour limit is difficult to maintain. They should consider the safety of the people also and not charge them like this. Had we not informed and they had charged, it was fine. But we did tell them in advance and they still charged us like we were going to run away with the cycles. Wish they had been more empathetic. -

(February 1, 2022, 3:22 am)It was a lot of fun! My sister & I rented the tandem on Saturday. Neither of us have a great sense of balance, and we are in our 60s. But the tandem ice cycle was very stable, so that was no problem at all. We got all the way past the Forks, and south on the Red River towards the Norwood Bridge, and still had time to spare, so cycled west and back. We loved to see all the people celebrating winter by skating, skiing, walking their dogs, on fat tyre bikes, and, of course, on other ice cycles! And it was great to see all the warming huts. I definitely recommend this!
