(August 8, 2022, 8:45 pm)The most important and valuable business any establishment can get is return business from satisfied customers. I assure you, that after going there to get a 4 wheel alignment done (at the recommendation of a different auto service center that doesn't do that kind of work), and seeing how customer orientated the staff is, I will definitely be going there again. Not only for alignments, but surely for my other automotive needs as well.

(April 29, 2021, 10:41 pm)I brought my vehicle here with an MPI claim. The service I received was professional, courteous and friendly. My vehicle was repaired beyond my expectations. A missing piece was found not near my damage was and they had the courtesy to call me and price it out to have it fixed. Absolutely exceptional service and good quality work. Thank you, thank you for all your work! Plus, my vehicle came out cleaner then it was when it went it!

Yes, there may be a bit of a wait at times, but If you want the job done right, it's worth the wait. There's no other place I trust to take my vehicle too.
I'm so grateful and appreciate all the work North West Auto Body has done on my vehicle and I will be recommending them to my family and friends when they need work done on their vehicle..Thank You! -

(December 14, 2019, 12:36 am)The best team of auto mechanics in the city. Best plan is to call ahead and plan to just leave your car for the day, worth it to let them give it all the attention deserved instead of trying to rush in and rush out. Excellent service excellent price excellent work.

They were quick, super friendly and they genuinely care about their customers and their work!
