He navigated us smoothly threw the whole process, which would have been very stressful without his expertise. I remember, at the time of looking for a primary residence, I was working with another Realtor (N.A. his initials). I had the worst experience with him and was forced to use another Realtor.
Then came Laraib! He made the entire transition extremely smooth for me! From aligning me with a mortgage broker, to working with them on my pre-approval, to negotiating on my dream property and getting it for under list price, to the entire follow-up (and beyond!).
I absolutely recommend this company because I truly believe that Laraib shows dedication to the industry, is hard working, fun, caring, and best of all - knowledgeable and professional!
