The communication, information, customer service, and support provided were excellent. Highly recommend.

(December 5, 2022, 7:39 pm)Tried multiple things to help improve my lower back injury with no long term success. Since I decided to try Richard out, I've never looked back. It hasn't been an easy road however with Richs great knowledge, support and follow ups to keep me accountable I've seen massive improvements and am pain free most days. Great to deal with someone who truly cares, professional & skilled at his craft. Highly recommend/great experience.

I’ve been coming here for various injuries over the years and have always returned to normal activity and exercise stronger than I was before.

(December 2, 2022, 10:51 pm)After having to having to undergo surgery on a torn labrum from playing hockey, I turned to Perimeter therapy to handle my recovery. I was quoted a 6-8 week recovery by my surgeon but after working with Richard twice a week I was back in business in only 4 weeks! Richards knowledge of shoulder rehab really showed and was amazing having him explain to me what he was doing each step of the way. Really made me feel comfortable and trust what he was doing.
Having access to Focus Fitness was a huge bonus and I felt it really allowed for Richard to tailor my plan to not only include physiotherapy but also add a strength component. World class service and can’t recommend enough!
