We thought the service was OUTSTANDING. I provided some initial info on our home and the window cleaning were looking for, but did not provide an accurate count of the windows (i.e. panes). You took the opportunity to look at our house via Google and suggested modifications to the information I has provided, all of which modifications were legitimate. We gave you the “go ahead” and you were quick to respond. You asked ahead to arrange a time and you met that obligation. When you arrived, I was impressed with your professionalism, courtesy and honesty. After you cleaned our windows, I was totally impressed with what a fantastic job you had done and the outstanding work you did.
