(February 3, 2021, 4:54 pm)Working with Steph and Shane and their crews were a delight to work with every step of the way building my 4,600 sq ft strip mall in St-Pierre-Jolys. Colin and his foundation/concrete crew were second to none and did a fabulous job doing the foundation, slab, and sidewalk. busting their butts every day. Keith and his framing crew were a great bunch of guys, and at least of them I swear was there from sun up until sun down almost every friggin day killing himself! Admittedly, we did have some quality control issues with the framing, but they were always happy to come back and fix whatever needed to be done to try to make things right. All in all, I would highly recommend Pattyn Ventures, thanks guys!
