They were prompt in coming out to take a look at replacing camera brackets for us and they very quickly completed this. Graeme from Union Alarm answered all of our questions regarding current and upcoming building and fire code requirements to ensure we had everything needed to satisfy the City and fire commissioner's office. Union Alarm provided us a very detailed quote.
The install went seamlessly with Keith and Peter navigating a busy retail store while installing the new system. They also took the time to clean up the old wiring and alarm panels.
The staff at Union Alarm has many years of experience installing commercial and residential alarm and fire systems.
We would highly recommend Union Alarm to anyone looking for a security system and/or fire monitoring. -

My family was so impressed with their professional and friendly attitude plus their knowledge of various security systems was fantastic! Graeme took care of all of the paperwork and account setup prior to their site visit so no time was lost waiting to be connected to the monitoring station. Keith did an amazing job setting up and programming the system to perform based on our custom preferences. They both suggested options and solutions based on their professional experience which tailored our system to best suit our needs. Keith also went above and beyond to troubleshoot and repair a few existing issues from a previous installation by a different company. Thank you all so much for a perfect experience!
