Murray was amazing in making sure all my questions were answered with kindness and very professional! He wasn't trying to make a quick buck, he was trying to help me better understand what I needed to do to keep my kids safe! I highly recommend PuroClean! There are still some really kind and helpful people in this world! Thank you!!

Pat Jacob was in touch within minutes and on site within the hour to begin remediation of our home.
Pat , John and the rest of their team provided very high quality work and were a pleasure to work with and offered excellent communication throughout the process. Always on time and and their work was done efficiently and clean which we appreciated.

(October 5, 2020, 4:39 am)We picked this company based on reviews and we are so happy we did! As soon as we told them the problem we were having, they were at our house the same day. We originally contacted them to professionally clean our basement after finding water damage, however, we were happy to find out that they take care of the entire restoration from start to finish! They dealt with insurance for us, and the quality of work they provided went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they incredibly easy to work with, but all the people working for them were great people that we felt totally comfortable with in our house. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company for all your restoration needs! If I could give them more stars I would! You will not be disappointed.

Their fees were more than fair. I would highly recommend this company not only for restoration of damages but also for all home upgrades.
