Just had my furnace serviced by Lucas and his colleague. The high efficiency furnace had it's exhaust vent clogged up with a large bird's nest that went about 3 to 6 feet inside! No heat obviously and it's been getting chilly. They had to cut the exhaust and intake air plastic piping to remove the clog and make sure all debris was cleared out; I could not get it all out on my own so had to call the company. They put the vent pipes back together, inspected everything and made sure it fired up! I have HEAT!
Very professional and courteous service and the bill was a pleasant surprise... very, very reasonable for the time and effort spent at my location!
This company did excellent work. They were on time ,efficient, extremly friendly and very reasonable in there pricing . They also followed covid protocol .
My furnace didn't seem to be heating the house as it should last night so I called Gallery at 7:30 pm - left a message not expecting a call until this morning. I received a call that night and JM said he would be at my house by 9:00 pm - he was. He was such a pleasant person - he was downstairs for awhile going over everything in the furnace and also went outside - to check out the vents - it was very cold out and he was just as pleasant as when he walked in. He even took the time after he repaired everything to talk to my dad - who wanted to show JM what he received as his retirement gift - he very well could of said he had to leave because it was now after 10:00 pm. I have to say I have never had bad service from Gallery - always friendly and professional.
