(February 2, 2021, 7:51 pm)After a brutal experience dealing with Shaw online tech "support" chat bots and being on hold for copious amounts of time with customer service to have a new residential internet service setup; it was extremely refreshing to deal with Ayo in person at the 1st ST SW Portage location. A true professional in every sense of the word! Ayo was knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to answer all my questions as a new Shaw customer. When you're treated like a human being, it makes all the difference. This location is currently only serving 1 customer at a time because of COVID restrictions, so be prepared to wait in line outside (i.e. bring your long johns!).

(February 10, 2020, 5:19 pm)Went in this morning to sign up for Shaw's 2 year contract and the gentleman that assisted me was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I signed up got my internet modem and was on my way in a very short period of time. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job 👍😊
