As 2 year residents of Dufferin Landing apartments, my husband and I would like to comment on the recent three person team we have at this complex.
With management changes in the past 6 months, the Manager is so professional, communicative and knowledgeable, the maintenance man is very efficient and personable, and the cleaner is outstanding. She is constantly on the go and does a fantastic job. We really like living here and really appreciate this team.

Such a pleasant experience moving in. The site manager is super nice and makes the whole experience top notch! The apartment is beautiful and modern. A nice change from all the 100+ year old houses in Portage 😁

me and two other people just moved in and i was amazed at how fast and simple they made it for us. we’re all younger adults so we were worried that we wouldn’t be accepted but we were, AND we also knew the next day. we always heard back super fast from them. there were so many questions that popped up throughout the application process and whenever we called someone helped us and walked us through so we knew what and how we were doing. the building manager is so so friendly and made us feel comfortable with everything. she walked us through the lease so we also knew what we were signing. it was so nice having such a stress free experience

The on site manager is an amazing person and easy to talk with. Very thorough and kind. The maintenance people her are so friendly and very quick to respond to my requests, wow no complaints.
