(July 5, 2023, 11:37 pm)We lost our house in a fire about 10 years ago and Riverbend really stepped up and built our new home exactly the way we wanted, and to this day, I can honestly say no complaints. I should have wrote a review a long time ago, but better late than never. Michael, Johnathan, Richard, the whole crew was engaged the whole time and by far the best price around at that time. Huge thanks to them. This house has has some great memories 🙌. Again I give them an A+++. This is the second RTM we have had. First one was a different company.
Fast forward 10 years. We decided to start our own business and they really stepped up in helping us. Riverbend went above and beyond for our family. Even with the busy scedual they had, they still managed to finish by our due date and worked long hours to get us to where we needed to be to open. Always polite, respectful, responsible and helpful in all areas.

(November 15, 2022, 5:17 am)We went through this company because of the RTM style they had and were told it would be ready by mid-august. They did not schedule our move on time and we were left scrambling to find a company which lead to us getting our house 2 months later then we planned for at the beginning of this process. Also we were told by Riverbend that they take care of the moving and quoted us an amount (after we asked multiple times to confirm so we knew our budget
). The real price was TWICE what they told us it would be. That is very hard to come up with on a budget. When we tried to talk to them, they ignored our calls, texts and emails for months until they wanted a payment. We also are waiting on garage doors that should have been ordered months ago - not fun in a Manitoba winter. There were some positive experiences and they did adjust the price (not enough to cover our added expenses though). Cory who works for the company was incredible to deal with and took our concerns seriously and helped wherever he could.
Wanted to write a review just to let anyone looking into this company aware that we had some very emotional, stressful upsets that stole some joy out of our building experience. You will want to make sure you take care of the move and quotes yourself. Now that we are in the house, the quality of work is very good and we are happy with it, so if you can handle not great communication then it's a good company for the work they do. -
