(August 10, 2023, 10:09 pm)I camped out next to the lake surrounded by pelicans, terns, ducks, Canada geese, and seagulls. Despite so much wildlife it was silent in the evening. What a quiet and peaceful get away! The owners were friendly and extremely gracious. The burgers, and fries were fantastic. If ever you are doing the TransCanada trail and are in the Bruxelles area, this lovely campground is only a 20 minute ride south.

I met a relative here for the day and had a nice lunch at the canteen.
She says the locals are friendly and the few that I met were.
I look forward to a return trip.
