I had a 40 foot high-boy container, I purchased in Sept. of 2019, delivered by Level Up around the 20 of Sept. At the time of deliver it had started to rain with a little bit of sleet. . I live on a residential street with ditches on both side. I had previously had another company attempt to deliver the container and they failed at the start to even turn onto the driveway. They had to take the container back to the business where I had purchased it from.
I made arrangements, Armando, one of the Owner's of Level Up, to attend the yard, pick up the container. He and his spotter , Will, arrived on time as agreed. He, and his spotter, Will in consultation with myself agreed on a plan of action to negotiate the turn from the street onto the driveway. My driveway was flanked by the large tree and some of the upper branched need a quick trim because of the height of the tallboy container. I supplied a chain saw and a quick trim later he was back in business.
On the previous attempt by the other company, the driver I could tell was in a hurry, and even if he had been able to make it onto the driveway , it became clear that he just wanted to drop it in the easiest spot and be gone. When I told that driver where I wanted it, he told me it could not be done and he wouldn't even try. He further stated that I would take a miracle put the contained in that position.
Well I guess miracles are possible because Armando and Will put that contained down within inches of where I wanted it. From the time they arrived to they finished was a little over an hour and 20 minutes.
Both Armando and Will were a pleasure to work with, and had an attitude of how to make the job go well. People like these are hard to find and make life easier. Thanks again for the great job.
