(October 10, 2020, 5:43 pm)After getting yelled at by an employee at another local broker, I decided to try BSI, who (I think) were new to Winkler at the time. I have never regretted that switch, and still see them for all of my insurance needs, over 15 years later.
All of the workers always treat us like good friends, with respect and patience. Keep up the great work BSI! -

I spoke with Kim, who took the time to explain each option in detail, and help me understand what would be best for my specific situation and why. I really appreciate her patience she had with answering my questions and making sure I had a full grasp on what I was paying for. She was professional, quick, and clear. Thank you Kim, we will continue coming to BSI for years to come.
