  Warm & welcoming environment for people of all levels. The facility is extremely clean and the coaches are all great at motivating me and working with people of all strength, mobility and fitness levels. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

  Fell in love with the place first time I came. The coaches are incredibly smart, willing to take time to help you out. I love that they have open gym so you can improve on your own time. There's a community built around this gym and I enjoy being a part of it.

  I spent a week training at Starke. The Starke team is amazing! Great people and even better work outs! I had a lot of fun. Had the chance to visit different classes and to use a variety of equipment. Will be back!

  Starke Strength sponsored a Fundraiser event for our group - Healthy Role Models - last Friday. It was challenging and fun at the same time. The two coaches did an awesome job of engaging everyone and demonstrating modifications where needed. The facility is clean, bright, and very well equipped. We raised money for K.I.D.S. Int'l and CancerCare. And I would like to thank the owner and staff for their time and help.
