Love bacon made here.
The ground lamb was fabulous. Used some in a curry dish that was exceptionally good with almost no waste from fat. Made burgers with another batch... also totally yummy. Slow cooked another batch with dried fruit.. way better than the shoulder roasts I used previously with that process
