  Decided to buy a set of tires from Kal tire. They shipped the tires from Edmonton and installed within two days. Be advised that there will be an effort to upsell you so know your product or you may leave spending more then you planned on. It was a good experience but nothing above and beyond.

  The gentleman at the front was helpful and informative. However I had the only truck in the shop and three people were working. It took almost two hours to mount some wheels and tires. I saw each of them talking, coming to the front to grab coffee and taking their time. Although I didnt express that I was in a rush, it would have been nice to go on my way a lot sooner.

  The staff was very accommodating! Somehow I missplaced my locking but key, but while they mounted my new tires on the winter rims, I ran to the dealership to get a replacement set of locking nuts/key. The staff at Kal simply put the tires on the car when I got back without making me wait or rebook an appointment. They were polite, professional and friendly. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they booked me in a week earlier and I showed up and had to rebook twice because my tires hadn't come in for the first 2 appointments (not the fault of the store staff) and they had me drop off my winter rims with old tires ahead of time so they could be ready for my appointment and that wasn't done before I got there either. But I can't speak highly enough about the staff.

  Always excellent service, friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcome and valued. Kal Tire continues to exceed my expectations, text sent when vehicle is ready is a real value add. $25 savings for early tire change was a great idea — receiving an email of this promotion was much appreciated.

  Outstanding service!! We were traveling from Alberta and had a flat tire. They were so awesome and fit us in even though they were very busy. They also didn't charge us to fix it, said they were just glad they could help us out. I'd recommend this location to anyone. Thank you so much!

(204) 895-0103 Wife came home with a leaking tire so I rushed over to have it fixed, I arrived at 5:45 thinking they were open until 7 which was my mistake as they close at 6. They were able to help me out and have it repaired and back on the road that day.
