This type of wellness plan is different than anything I have heard of before and it was something I was not sure would be right for me but after my first consult it was clear that Lexie's program was going to benefit me. The depth and involvement of the questionnaires , the journal and the consult with Lexie was enlightening and made it easy to see the cyclical pattern impeding my wellness. I would recommend anyone who is looking to make a change and be empowered and aware of their own health to contact Lexie.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect or if this was the right service for me, but after some detailed analysis based on a pre-consult log and questionnaire it was clear she wants to help her clients feel better.
