Gino C was exceptionally good. He got right to work and had the job done in no time. He explained what he was doing and why. Made us feel he loved his job. The counter top is beautiful and the pattern at the seam was well matched. Very happy with the final result. Would recommend Floform and this installer.

The guys that installed my counter did an excellent job. They were friendly, sociable and courteous. The install was scheduled to take a full day but they did it in half that time which included the clean up! Very happy and love my new countertop!

Graham has done a wonderful job for me. I would recommend him to any other customer. However, I was not really happy when it took so long for the company to come to my house for measuring (more than two weeks since our telephone call) and installing (nearly 3 weeks after measuring).

It was such a pleasant change to deal with a professional. Gino kept me informed every step of the way and was extremely polite and customer oriented. Our old house has some quirks but he did his absolute best to make it all work. We couldn't be happier.

The whole team of Flo Form was great, from the sales staff to head office staff. They worked with me to resolve unexpected issues and were very professional. Jacob and his crew of installers were wonderful. Such craftsmen and they clearly care about the work that they do.
