We met Jeremy in January, 2020 when we starting looking for a residence in Selkirk. Jeremy was available whenever we asked to see the property we were interested in buying and we couldn't have been happier in his efforts to help us secure our current new home. We had lived in our home in Winnipeg for 35 years and selling our house seemed like a big undertaking. Jeremy came over to our house and gave us a list of things he recommended to be done before it was listed . This was extremely helpful and allowed us to be focused in our preparation efforts. Jeremy worked very hard to show our house beautifully to potential buyers. The video and professional pictures certainly highlighted our home! The house came onto the market just when COVID-19 was making public contacts difficult. Jeremy took measures to ensure social distancing and gloves were supplied etc. in order for all parties to feel safe. Jeremy kept in close contact with us throughout the days to come and within several days we had a sealed deal. Jeremy responded to any questions we had immediately, gave us valuable advice regarding our move and generally made this experience a pleasant and positive one!
