  As a bunch of us were walking around this new fashion outlet, my friend wanted to buy some chocolate for her family for Christmas. I don't mind some of Rocky Mountain's products, but when 3 of us peered over by the station where the milk chocolate was pouring (smelled incredible) we noticed one of the employee's not wearing gloves as she was dipping the treats and coating them with Chocolate. Then she handed it over to another employee who was wearing gloves and placed it on a tray. I as a paying customer would prefer the one dipping the items into the chocolate wear gloves all the time. That was the first time I seen that in an open public shop. The customer service was good, just that practice of dipping with no gloves kind of threw us off as we are used to seeing people wear protection when handling around open sources of edible items. My friend ended up buying chocolate in a box vs on a stick at this location.
