  I contacted one of the brokers at Andrew Agencies and he told me that I was covered 'immediately'. Unfortunately, I had a total loss and the insurance company wouldn't pay out the claim stating that the broker had no right to make that claim. Then the broker lied to me for months leading me to believe that his Brokerage would cover the loss.
  
  No one at Andrew Agencies has helped me out and they are now not returning my emails (even at the regional level). They should have errors and omissions insurance to cover these mistakes.
  
  EDIT: As a follow-up, I was able to get in contact with a representative of Andrew Agencies in early 2017. We were able to come to a reasonable settlement and the matter is now resolved. Furthermore, from my understanding the broker that misled me at Andrew Agencies was let go, and a complaint against him was successful with the Insurance Council of Manitoba. In conclusion, I wish Andrew Agencies the best and am appreciative of the steps they have taken to rectify the situation.
