  We bought loose lay vinyl planking. We installed it ourselves. Kim was so great to deal with and was very patient with all of our questions we had regarding the product and install. She even called us a week after purchase to see it was going. They have a great variety of flooring. I would and will highly recommend Ken’s Carpets.

  kim was an awesome helping me put together my carpet and vinyl plank colours ,very pleasant and knowledgeable ,she made it so easy and im so happy with how my house looks thanks kim your the best

  We recently had some of the flooring in our home replaced. We shopped around a bit, but once we visited Ken's, our decision was made. Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable, and in no time at all he found exactly what we were looking for. The work we had done involved three different products and Ivan installed everything beautifully and on time. Throughout the process, we appreciated all the support and information we received from Ken's Account Manager, Kim.
  
  We are very happy with our new flooring and with our experience dealing with Ken's Carpets and Urban Homestyle Centre. Next time we need flooring, we will go straight to Ken's.

  We had our blinds installed by Tracy Douglas, I have to state from the initial visit from Tracy and her partner to the ordering and installations, we could not be happier with the blinds and more importantly the service. They were both prompt, accurate, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
  I would highly recommend them and be happy to use them in the future. Credit also has to go to Ken's Carpets for employing excellent people.
