  I took my friend to our local location to have her upgrade her smartphone. She's been a long time MTS subscriber. One of her needs was to have a new phone with Wi-Fi calling as the signal in her area is pretty bad. When we went into the store we explained what she wanted and the staff seemed to not know really what Wi-Fi calling is. While they were friendly and tried to be helpful they seem very technically unaware. We decided to go look at another company just to see what they could do and it turned out that they knew what we were looking for and they were priced better. So in the end my friend decided to switch companies simply because the MTS staff really didn't seem to be able to offer her what she wanted. It's unfortunate because there would have been no reason to switch but she needed to be certain that she could get Wi-Fi calling.

  Staff was very helpful. Served us satisfactorily in the shortest time possible
