They are well versed in the all aspects of leasing and maintaining the property. They understand the type of tenant we need when one does vacate and work tirelessly to find the right fit. Being an absent owner in another province they communicte with us as needed and I feel assured that they are working on my behalf. I would highly recommend them as a property manager.
