Auto body shop
MPIC cracked windshield replacement. They handled the claim on site. Friendly and helpful.
First windshield had a rare manufacturers defect. They were genuinely apologetic, ordered a replacement.
Both times my vehicle was done same day. Drop off in morning, pick up same afternoon (scheduled appointment).
After the warranty replacement they appologized for inconvenience. But they were sincere, not a fake glossed over rehearsed thing.
Very pleasantly surprised with good work and good people.
