(January 15, 2019, 8:21 pm)Unfortunately found the need to find a body shop twice in the past year. Fortunately, google maps&reviews brought me to McBride. I had actually talked to them 2 years ago as I was debating buying a used car and wondering what it would cost to repair some dings/dents. I did not end up buying that car but that first experience with McBride was what brought me back when I had to get my vehicles repaired.
Both times, they’ve done great work in a reasonable time. They are very accommodating and flexible if/when my schedule changes. Pat McBride is hands on. When I call about my vehicles, regardless of who picks up the phone, they know which vehicle I am calling about.
This past incident, I used the MPI direct repair program which makes the experience even simpler because, other than the initial call to MPI, I only have to work with McBride. Due to an error, MPI was initially going to write-off my car, but McBride knew enough to get them to check again, which uncovered their error and allowed them to proceed with repairs. All without having to get me involved.
