Love the music choices and how each instructor has their own style, playlist and speed. Lots of options. -

Other the contact sports of course ;) but this is exhilarating and you have a inspiring instructor pushing you through the whole time. It's a place I like to go when I'm stressed when I'm sad and honestly whenever I'm looking for a great workout. If you haven't tried Wpg cycle, you're missing out!

(March 21, 2019, 5:54 pm)This place is awesome! I feel amazing after class and they make a very hard workout feel 'easy'. The change room and shower area are spa-like and the staff are very friendly.
