  Went for a family affair. The service was slow due to only having one server for the 30 of us. The buffet menu is unappetizing and looks like it's been sitting out for two days so I highly suggest you order off the menu.

  Was there last night before Charlie Major concert...it was busy...almost 30 min before food arrived...I had the 13.99 special roast beef veggies perogies mashed potatoes and a bun...also gravy...poured gravy on mashed spuds fell out almost in a clump...took a bite and wow barely warm more cold...veggies still crunch when should of been steamed...every thing was warm to cold so disappointed...still gave a 5 dollar tip but it wasnt the waitress fault or was it? She was run off her feet in our area alone...she asked how it was I didnt even respond but my wife said it was fine..asked if we wanted our bill...that took another 10min cause she was so busy...how does one recommend a place when that happens...being its location I'm sure it will always be busy...too bad this happened I never complain but I work hard for my money and seems services are sliding and other restaurants are now adding 18% tip that is wrong also..

  Altos has a good buffet and also good a la carte dishes. It’s next to casino so a popular place for us to go!

  Great breakfast deals to be had here. Felt sorry for the two amazing staff members or servers that were working . The place is fairly huge and was busy enough for that in my opinion that a bus boy would of been difference maker of five stars. Because these two servers were doing it all hostessing, bussing tables, dealing with cheques, phones. If there was a manger there, he or she was either busy with some more pressing matters. or was just the worst manager there is. For the two servers that were working 10 stars. The food was 5. The non existent manager 0 stars.
