  Friendly staff, bigger location than some of the other stores in the south end. Clean and organized. Great place to study!

  Nice atmosphere. Staff helpful and attentive. They made some seating changes now. Seems congested and not as cozy as it was before. Installed a shelf unit where chairs and tables used to be. Makes it less inviting.
