(May 26, 2017, 6:46 pm)Melanie is truly an excellent trainer! She instills confidence and encouragement and definitely makes you want to work harder and push yourself further. I first went to Melanie to improve my running style, but now am focusing on my overall level of fitness and am really excited about the progress I'm making. Working out has never been so much fun! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Melanie and Insahyu Training and Therapy!
