It is great to have the consistency of dealing with the same person and having that relationship with the company. Millie represents the company and I have come to connect her with the business. I look forward to seeing Millie when I deal with this company.

(April 3, 2019, 8:25 am)I enjoyed the customer service, the ladies ensure that you understand all you need to understand. Millicent did all she could to get me a good deal and even made sure my mom got her free rent for a month for a referral. However, my unit was rented at the worst possible time of the year. I had a very difficult time accessing it as it was frozen solid. There seemed to be no effort in order to prevent such excessive freezing on North facing units at all. Through some personal efforts I got in but the ice could’ve been less than it was. Unit was clean and we managed to fit everything from our apartment in it and wasn’t even the biggest unit. Would recommend to others... if renting in the winter though de-icing will be difficult.
