  Love this location!!! All of the staff are extremely friendly and so is the store cat Chloe!
  This is always my go to place when looking for supplies for my guinea pig. It is near me, very accessible and not to mention that there late weekday hours are fantastic! I have nothing bad to say about this store!

  Great staff, Lorraine the owner is awesome and so caring and helpful. My dog loves seeing Lorraine, Bianca and Shae. It’s truly a Transcona neighbourhood pet store and staff know how to make your pet feel special.

  The staff were really helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my feeding issues with my senior cat. Provided good options for dry food to replace a food that is not being made anymore.

  Great place. One older blonde lady was quick to ask me what i needed, and show me where i could find it. When i specified it was a vet brand of dog food I was after, she explained that they don't carry it, but showed me lots of other options. Spent 10 minutes with me, showing me different products and explaining whats good, and what's not so good. She was incredibly helpful and efficient. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the heavier set, young cashier. She was on the phone when i approached the counter, which i understand. After 5 minutes, she hung up and said "sorry that was my mom". I didn't feel like that was the appropriate time to have a personal phone call. She rang me through quickly though, so it wasn't so bad.
