When cancelling a home Insurance policy we were told no worries, there will be no more payments coming out of your account and you will be getting a refund, likely a cheque in the mail. Then, lo and behold, money withdrawn and when calling for an explanation, my daughter was basically told she was a liar and that no one that SHE (the manager) had trained would ever had said such a thing. When also told that she would now be short on other bills for the month, not their problem. Very, very poor customer service and integrity. Use a different broker there are lots of good ones out there,
this is not one of them!

UPDATE: The office has contacted us and the above issue has been resolved very satisfactorily and I will now be changing my rating for them to five stars. Impressive. -

(October 17, 2018, 2:45 pm)Nothing but great service. The home insurance renewal advisors shop for better coverage and rates when requested PRIOR to renewal, and do what is best for your interest. They offer a handful of insurance companies to quote with. If you have questions they are easy to talk to and friendly service. Their manager, Nella, was also very helpful.
