They all seemed different, but though the years she has helped me delve into the deepest origins and past situations that have shaped my personality and interactions with the people who have filled my life. Most significantly she has helped me change what is possible and cope with the impossible. Through her knowledge and experience she has developed a keen insight into who we are and why we are that person. I would recommend Dr. Esses to anyone who is dealing with addictions, relationship failure and family dysfunction.

The personal growth I've made with her guidance has been profound. She has provided me with a safe environment to explore myself openly and in depth, face my own issues, understand my emotions and accept responsibility for my actions. She has provided me with the tools to work through and overcome previously overwhelming situations.
Dr. Esses has had a tremendously positive influence on my life. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for guidance and a supportive environment in which to explore themselves.
