(October 12, 2019, 2:54 pm)Had a knee injury over the summer and had the best recovery and experience going to Zen Physiotherapy! The staff is so friendly, helpful and truly care about your recovery. Great facility as well. I would highly recommend Nick and Zen Physiotherapy ????

(September 10, 2019, 5:59 pm)Zen Physiotherapy exceeded my expectations. I went there and saw Rhea and she is amazing! Not only did she help me with my injury, but you can tell she really cares about her patients and their recovery. I have recommended my friends and family to Zen Physiotherapy and they all love it too! A friend of mine went and saw Nick who is the other Physio there and couldn't stop raving about him. If you are looking for a good physiotherapist, I recommend checking this place out. Their staff is very welcoming and friendly.

(August 28, 2019, 9:06 pm)Love Zen! Rhea is an amazing Physio Therapist. I highly recommend her. She has helped me with multiple injuries, plus my family. Very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I live an hr away, but it’s worth the trip!

After assessing me the owner Nick
immediately addressed my weaknesses and tailored a program for me. The follow ups via email with images of various exercises helped to speed up my recovery. He explains the why’s and that’s what I appreciated.
I can always refer to the exercise program on line that Nick developed for me
when I am travelling.
