  This is for a scheduled MRI. Arrived a tad late due to transportation issues in cold weather but called ahead to let them know, the tech was very accommodating as I had flown in to the city to have the scan done. Staff was extremely professional. Explained all details of the scan, and made it very comfortable for me.

  We arrived at 7:35, waited outside in the lineup until they opened at 7:45 and were then assigned #27. As daunting as the lineup appeared, and contrary to other reviews, they run a very efficient system. We checked in, were advised when to return which was nice so we could go get something else accomplished rather than sitting in waiting room. Came back at designated time, promptly saw Doc, got X-ray and cast, start to finish about 4 hours. Yes some days might be longer, but they obviously have no way to predict the nature or complexity of the injuries that will show up on any given day. There were a couple of people behind us who were looked after ahead of us but it was evident that they were priority. If the shoe were on the other foot I would want the same. I can't think of a thing to complain about. The Dr, the X-ray tech, the fellow who built the cast, reception-all great. Note to others: if the staff seems impolite (we did not experience that), my guess is that they take a lot of bs and don't get enough thanks. We made a point of thanking every person we interacted with that day. Thanks again.

  They work very hard to help as many people as possible. The staff work fast and efficiently, I'm very impressed by their efforts considering the mass amount of people they see. Thank you.

  Attended to the Pan AM clinic for an MRI appointment. The staff were friendly and the appointment was punctual. Staff explained the procedure and the exam itself went very smoothly. Ample parking. The only reason I am not giving this location 5* is that in my opinion the building and equipment is looking dated. Maybe time for a refresher?
