  I had a fella by the name of Austin show me a couple of vehicles he was informative and pleasant. NOT PUSHY. That's a deal breaker for me. I would definitely go back. Their vehicles r gorgeous!

  Recently purchased a 2016 Veloster from Austin Reid and I couldn’t be happier with both my car and the service I received at Crown Mazda. He and Jade made it all so easy and understandable for a “first time” buyer like me and I’m grateful. They didnt try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need and made the whole buying process a breeze. Austin and Jade are both great at what they do and I’m happy I travelled literally across the city to buy from them! Lol the service department is top notch too!

  Bought my first car here back in 2010, must say the experience was really different. Its better Austin Reid was awesome and down to earth. He knows his stuff and took the time to do research after our brief exchange via email. He has everything ready so I didn't have to waste a lot of time. My only concern is I have to keep phoning back to check on management to find out when my car is ready. When I show up a few days later to pick up the remote starter has not installed yet. I have to come back the next day for it. Otherwise, everything went well, very happy with my Mazda 3. This should be a 4.5 stars, but I'm giving it 5 hopefully my next service day will fill the gap.

  Chris Lane is a genuinely good manager. It’s hard to find that in any work setting, let alone a car dealership. He listened to the issues I had and resolved them. I think he went above and beyond to keep my business. He knows the difference of what’s right and wrong while also providing good customer service and relates. Thanks Chris, we need more of you out there. Straight up and to the point.
