(May 17, 2019, 6:19 pm)I've been going here for a little while and it's really good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is always clean. It can get really busy at times, but because it's quite large, you're never really crowded.
The machines are all in good working order and there's a good selection of them.
The locker room and showers are clean and really well set up.
The only complaint I have isn't about the establishment or the staff. It's the other patrons. Quite a few of them just walk in wearing their snow and slush covered shoes. They will walk right through the gym into the change room, and then will work out in them. The staff are great for cleaning up after them, but they shouldn't have to.
They almost need to start charging people a few bucks for a cleaning fee every time they do this.
Edit: Ok, I've been going here for quite a while now. My review still stands. The staff and facility are great, but some of the patrons (always the same ones) are terrible. They're disgusting, unwashed, smell bad (even before working out), never wipe machines down after use, and regularly stink up the locker rooms bathing in axe body spray.
If you are planning on coming to this gym, you're going to have to try really hard to ignore these repulsive people. -

They always greet you with a genuine and authentic smile and always take the time to learn your goals and help to motivate you every time they see you.. thank you for all the small talks!
