I am very happy with the quality of the products I selected at The Floor Show. I received great advice and tried samples at home before deciding. The selection and the quality of their products would make me return again for my next renovation project. The installers for the wool carpet and the flooring were real craftsmen. Troy and his entire team were great to work with.

(November 9, 2018, 5:22 pm)The showroom has a great selection of samples for different flooring materials and carpets and tiles. Service is always courteous and prompt. Brian Keen is especially helpful - he is quick in contacting suppliers and getting back to us with availability, quotes and specifications. The flooring we ordered arrived on time and exactly as we had ordered. Brian was very accommodating in making the whole process go smoothly and fuss-free. Highly recommended!

They had a better price than the company that was doing our whole home with the builder. The installer Tom was probably the nicest person I have ever met. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had The Floor Show install a tile wall. Once again Harriet was a great salesperson and the tile installers were the nicest people ever. Very respectful of being in our home and cleaned up after themselves. The installation was seamless and looks perfect. -

After reaching out to several flooring companies, we chose to go with The Floor Show as they offered the best customer service hand down. Harriett helped us to select our carpets. She was prompt at returning our calls and answering our emails and was very knowledgeable. Sean, our installer, was meticulous and did a tremendous job of installing our carpet without removing our brand new baseboards. Our reno experience with the Floor Show was wonderful. Many thanks.
